17" Enkei NT03 with khumo rubber
I was hoping someone could help me out.
I found a nice set of Enkei 17" rims with khumo tires and am looking to pick them up very soon. With this setup, how much can I lower my 96 ex coupe without any possibility of rubbing?

It all depends on the offset. With the wrong offset, you could rub at stock height.
But usually, you can lower up to 2" without rubbing.
I'm lowered 2.25" on 16" wheels (with 45-series tires) with a +42mm offset and I don't rub, even on full-lock.

From the thread the guy had, there was a link to an online store that I think he got the rims from and they said +00 offset. Can that be right?
If so, what bearing will that have on my lowering ideas....

I'm guessing that they are probably +40mm offset if the rim is 7" wide. If it is 7.5" wide then the offset is probably +45. The 7" w/ a 205/40/17 tire set-up you probably would be okay with a 1.8" or less of a drop. +42mm is the ideal offset (for a 7") but it's hard to find on 17" wheels.
