Damn car wont start.
It stopped in the middle of a busy street. Got it towned 5 block to my house. I pulled the main relay it looks okay. Spark plugs and wires were replaced 5 months ago, I dont see how it could be them. Battery has life I turned the car on and watched the top light go strong. Timming belt didnt brake I see the valves turning plus. I've never changed the fuel filter, could that cause my car to completely stop?
It turns over but doesnt start? Does fuel pump prime when key switched to "ON"? Do you have spark? Common problems are distribributor failing and bad fuel pump. Start there and let us know.
when you first turn the key on you can hear the pump prime. Turn your radio off and listen very carefully when first turning the key on, it should only do it for a few seconds. it will make a huming sound.
i have the same problem, im getting fuel to the motor but no attempt to crank, i just changed the main relay b/c i had no fuel pump. i have a walbro 255lph in there and i know im getting fuel b/c i took the rail loose and it leaked pretty good, lol the dizzy is good b/c i tried it in my buddies DC, im not sure why mine wont start, checked all the grounds, im not sure
Check your spark plug gap... I was messing around with a friend's car (which was running when we started checking another problem) and in the mean time I used some gunk to clean off the caked on grease/dirt. Shortly afterwards, the car wouldn't start... I suspected the ignition was damp from the cleaning, so I started pulling plugs to see if we were getting a spark. Yeah, it sparked, but I noticed the plugs looked really worn, the gap was waaaay too big, so I re-gapped all the plugs and the engine fired right up. Not sure what the gap is supposed to be on a B16, but for the D15/D16 its 1.0 to 1.1 mm... not 1/8 inch!

I just noticed you've got multiple posts for the same problem... H-T mods frown heavily on that... post up complete symptoms and be honest about what you've actually checked/looked at first and you'll get intelligent responses.
Check the simple stuff first:
does it crank? If no, you have a starting/ignition problem. If yes, take off the distributor cap and see if the rotor turns while cranking... if not, you may have broken a timing belt, the distributor shaft etc... If it spins, go to the next step...
does it have a STRONG spark at the plugs? If none at all, check distributor components (igniter, rotor, etc) If yes but weak, check the plug condition/gap. If all is good, then go to the next step
does it have fuel? No, is the tank empty (don't laugh, we've all run out)? Is the fuel pump priming before start? (tons of posts on how to check this) Is there fuel in the throttle body/fuel rail?
If you can't get it by this point, then start chasing the bizzare stuff...
Good luck let us know what it was when you figure it out...
