Car won't start, replaced fuel pump and filter.
So long story short when I bought the car the guy told me it might need a new fuel pump. It drove fine for a while and than started having issues, sometimes not wanting to start, but rare and I could eventually get it started just by waiting a few minutes. Recently it just took a ****. I replaced the alternator, fixed. A few days later, it **** again, not alternator related. I replaced the fuel pump and filter, still won't start but it will act like its going to, and than just die instantly. I can hear the relay (I think) clicking when I disconnect and reconnect the killswitch wires, and this problem was intermittent before so I'm thinking its not the relay. What am I missing? Plugs and wires seem relatively newer I don't think that's the issue.

Agree check the grounds especially on the thermostat housing.
Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key?
If not and you replaced the fuel pump it might be the ECU fuel pump priming circuit. Borrow a known good ECU and try that.
Without more info it might be distributor? Ignitor ?
Check the FAQ section.

Did a little more searching and the previous owner had a killswitch wire hooked up through the firewall into the ecu fuse. No 15A fuse in place, just the ends of the wires in the fuse slots, I pulled the wire and replaced with the 15A fuse from rear defroster, but still won't start. Only getting an O2 CEL. And grounds all look good. I don't have a volt meter.
