Default How to setup city lights?

I recently purchased SiR headlights from Password JDM, and I was wondering how does the city light work? Like is it activated by a switch and so on? I asked around none of my friends are quite sure. Except one, he has it on his EG but I haven't had time to ask him.

the only way ive seen them hooked up is wired/taped into the wireing of the corner lamps but a switch interupting the power so in the first stage of ur headlights the city lights come on then the second stage when the headlights come on you flip the switch and the city lights go out

Thanks a bunch guys. :] Really helped. Is there a "proper" way of setting these up? Or will I have to go with madtownhonda's method?

The "proper" way would be to have them wired into the parking light wires.

No...that price is ridiculous
you can get the sockets from practically any honda
Corner sockets from EF
License plate lights from EG, EK, DC
S2000 sidemarkers
Prelude city lights
etc etc etc
VERY common socket and the wiring can be done with spade connectors or just pull it from a junk yard.

yeah every1 says s2000's r the best..but they are kinda hard to find and they cost alot...i would go with TL's or TSX's i loved the tsx's they are the best if u dont wanna spend a crap load.
