I own a 91 integra with high mileage. Over the last few months, I have noticed that it starts harder first thing in the morning if we have had a wet or damp night. It turns over fine, and kicks, but it, just won't take off. When I finally get it going, it seems to run fine. It seems to me that something electrical is getting wet and interfering with the spark, so I replaced the plugs and wires, without looking into anything else, but that didn't solve the problem. I am not sure where to go next, so I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions, or has experienced something similiar.
