Default Got a problem with a 91 integra GS

the other day my brother was driving his 91(stock) integra GS and it die on him. They pushed it to the nearest gas station and got it started back up. He drives it back home and parks it and then tries to restarted but it won't.
We changed out the spark plugs and wires, the fuel filter and the distrubitor cap and rotor. The car is giving enough spark and will crank but just won't turn over. I was thinking that it might be a fuel problem so I bought a can of carb. cleaner and spray it into the throttle body and try again. Still the car won't start up. any suggestions

try swapping in a known good distributor, could be a problen with the ignitor or one of the sensors inside
