Default can i use my 93 civic harness on a 99 ls

i have a 93 civic with the d15b7 motor can i use the harness in my civic on a 99 ls motor and run the p06 ecu

Yes, you can use it, but you'll need to modify some things (especially distributor). You'll need a P75 ECU.

the ls has no dizzy i need an obd1 dizzy is that correct.

If you use the Civic harness, yes. Makes things much easier.
