Default intake whistle.. help!! 00 ek

i have a 2000 civic ex. too many mods for a d-series, i know.. my most recent of which was an edelbrock intake manifold with a gsr throttlebody. i was running a aem short ram intake on the setup. when i picked it up i noticed a whistling when i hit the gas. i took it back to my tech. he told me there was more air going in so it was whistling. he advised a cold air might solve the whistle. so i put up for an aem v2. had it installed, it was a little better but now its back just as much as before if not more. anyone have any idea whats goin on. ???? please help

Its the air hitting the throttle body. You can't do anything about it except replace it with a stock intake

It's nothing to worry about. You just have a rat caught in your intake. Shove a kitten in there, and wait 15 minutes. Then go take a drive. Should fix it.

on a serious note no it's nothing to worry about, your going to hear the air being sucked in, alot like a vaccume cleaner. it's normal. Normally you don't hear it over the exhaust.

^^^ i already tried that... it dont work

but the whistle isn't a bad thing... it's just air passing through the throttle body.
