Do two things:

1. Spray all your vacuum hoses (the skinny black things) down with brake/carb cleaner. If your motor revs and then dips suddenly, you've found a vacuum leak.

2. Clean your IACV:

I know extactly what it is, the intake manifold on the back has a oval long object, which I believe is a throttle position thing. Remove it, open it up and push down the hole that has a thing in it. After that, you will never have the rev problem again.
