gas pedal problems
hey guys, I was just putting everything together after droping my engine back in and Im having problems with my gas pedal. It is stuck and will not move, I dont know which cable it is (gas, or cruise control). the throttle body has no obstructions and the butterfly moves with ease. I dont see a kink in the cable, but there is a possiblity of one being there... WD40 didnt free it up, should I just get a new cable ?

Unless you have something up under the gas pedal keeping it from moving, you have something wrong with the cable. You need to have someone move the throttle while you feel along the cable. If you work all the way to the firewall with no problems, I'd take the gas pedal off and see what is keeping it from moving...it might end up not even being the cable. I would count on it being the cable, though.
