EG Honda Civic VX Timing degree? (d15z1)
Hey guys,
I put in a new distributor in my VX, and was wondering if anyone knew of the advance degree to time it.
My haynes manual said for all year d15z1's its 16 degrees BTDC @ 600rpm. I turned the distributor all the way clockwise and it was real close...about 13 degrees..
I hate the Haynes manual, so I wanted to double check with you guys.

I just checked a Helms manual and it said 16 degrees +/-2 degrees (red) BTDC. so i just answered my own question.
