AEM 1000 for obd-0???? what all would i have to do?
like the title says...what would i have to do to get the AEM 1000 obd-1 box to work on my obd-0 B16??? could i just get a obd0 -obd1 jumper harness and then switch to a obd1 distributer???? any advice/help appreciated. thanks.
Convert the car to OBD1 first ..... dizzy obd 1 / injectors obd 1 / jumper obd 1 / and then you will have a OBD1 car ( like 92-95 ) then the AEM will wrk just fine.

If you run the AEM unit, you can keep the pre-obd (OBD0) distributor and change the trigger settings in the AEM unit. You also do not need the OBD1 injectors either. Just install the AEM unit, along with an pre-OBD (OBD0) to OBD1 conversion harness and you are set.

I am 1million% positive on the changing the settings. Go to the AEM forums and search around old posts about it.
