Problem with my window on my 95 coupe.
Well both of my windows are jacked up. The passenger side wont stay in the track and I'm always fixing it. It'll last a few weeks and do it again. Well the drivers side was fine until about 3 weeks ago when it did the same thing. Well I took the panel off to fix it and when I tried to roll it up it got jammed and then the window just fell into the door lol. Come to find out the 2 white (plastic?) mounts broke off of the metal mounting surface that holds the window in place. I've got it wedged in there right now so it wont fall out....but I cant roll it down. Where can I get these little white clip things that go on the bottom of the glass? I would really like to get this fixed soon because on warm days (yesterday was in the upper 70's for some odd reason) it sucks because I cant roll it down and I have no A/C. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
From the looks of it, I think that you have to buy a new piece of glass. It's been a long time since I have had to readjust my window, so I don't remember if the clips can be "replaced." Oh, and new glass from this link is $90.
