Hello all,

Does anyone know if a 1995 civic coupe / 1994 civic coupe oem front bumper fit on a 95 civic 4 door sedan and if its a direct bolt on (remove original 95 civic 4 door sedan bumper and bolt on 93-95 civic coupe front bumper without any modifications)?

Also, has anyone put on a 96-00 EK side skirts onto there 95 eg 4dr civic sedan?

From what i have heard, there are slight modifications. But yes it will fit.

 

EG/EH front bumper will fit any EG/EH, same bumper. But rear bumper will not fit a hatch. The headlights/tailights will also fit from coupe and sedan, but won't fit hatch. From what I heard, EK sideshirts might not fit, will take modification.

ORLY?

EG coupes and hatches can swap front bumpers, fenders, hoods. The sedan uses different ones and they are not a direct fit, won't line up right.

The EK side skirts will fit with modification. Give it a search, I've seen a good write up on here.

No, from 92-95 the hatch front ends and the coupe front ends are the same, the 4 doors are different though, you can fit a 4 dr. front bumper but it takes some mod.

The bumper won't fit right off the bat, I'm pretty sure you can make it fit w/ slight modifications, what you have to modify and how much you have to modify exactly I'm not sure.

 

In order for it to fit good you have to buy 2 door fenders and cut them in half. Then cut your 4 door fenders in half. Last weld the front of the 2 door fender to the rear of the 4 door fender. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT! Everything else would look half ***. You also need the 2 door hood, front bumper support and front bumper.

 

I could have sworn some guy had a DIY write up on how to do this. From what i saw it seemed that he took the 92-95 Hatch/Coupe front bumper and fabritcated a little metal plate that sat on top of the bumper and drilled a new hole to line up with the 4door fenders. Try and search, i know its out there.
