b18c clutch
I JUST REPLACED THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER AND ADJUSTED THE PEDAL.
I THINK IT MIGHT BE THE PRESSURE PLATE, BUT I'M NOT 100% SURE, OR THE TRANNY ITSELF.
I HAVE TO WAIT LIKE 3 SECONDS SO THE GEARS WOULD GO IN SMOOTH WITH THE CLUTCH PEDAL PRESSED WHILE DRIVING IT.

yea the reson that it takes like 3sec' to go in wile your shifting. is becuz of the sicros doing there job spining the gear up then going in.. so that means that the clutch is not dis-ingaging so just re-check every thing .. it could be the rong master cylinder, or the line and the master still has air in it just bleed it a couple of times and see if it works...

If you can pump the clutch and then it shifts smoothly, then its air in the clutch line and you need to bleed it more. Ofcourse what you are describing sounds like worn syncros, but it could just be the way the tranny feels. How long have you driven an integra and have you driven another one that doesnt have the problem (ie, are you positive its a problem and not the way its suppose to be)?
how many miles on the car? original clutch? id venture to say its just a worn out clutch and needs replaced. i had very similar issues on my teg wen i bought, and i cracked it open to find the clutch was ruined.
