Default replaced clutch master cylinder, now two weeks later clutch pedal feels different

Motor: JDM B18C
Clutch: ACT XTSS

My Clutch master cylinder was leaking fluid from it, and it was really hard to get into gear, so i went a picked up a new one for 80.00.

Replaced the clutch master cylinder, leaks went away and it was now easier to get into gear..

latetly the clutch pedal pressure changes, sometimes it will be stiff and then sometimes it's way easier to push down.. Tried bleeding the clutch and theres no air in the system, just straight fluid coming out of the bleeder valve with no bubbles, etc.

What could be causing this?? Is it possible that the clutch slave cylinder isn't fully working?

Ideas? Comments? Suggestions?

* Tried searching and it's temp down.

did you bench bleed the master cylinder before install? If not, then you may have air trapped in the master cylinder.

my final prognosis is that there was air in the line, but the kicker was that my pressure plate was so shot that it was not allowing the clutch to disengage tge trans. so exedy stage 1 will be installed tomarrow due to the lucky factor of local olympic auto having it in stock :&lt
