Recently put in omni valves, portflow dual valve springs and retainers and i was told to not run my car without adjusting the valves to spec or the valves will burn out. How do i adjust the valves?

Did you put in the valve springs or did someone else?

When they were installed the valves should have been adjusted. You could run into some problems if the valves clearance are way too loose (valves won't open enough) or way too tight (valves might not close all the way).
