i got a td-22u dizzy, my question is, can i use a stock 90-93 teg ignitor in my b16a dizzy?? does vtec matter?

 

Check the part numbers. Eve if they don't match I'm pretty sure u can use it and it will be fine. I swapped ignitors from different series of engines and different obd's and they all worked fine. And vtec doesn't matter for ignitors. I used non vtec ignitors on my h22 and it worked just the same.

 

cool, im gonna try and stay with b series though i noticed a 92-93 ignitor mounts differently then mine, how would i go abut mounting it?
