Default People who've done custom charge pipes. click me!

OK i've got an 89 civic si with a b18a swap in it. i plan on doing custom charge pipes and i just wanted to know what kinds of piping people used, like the bend, how many of that bend, how long, just kind of a run through, because i'd like to order some pipes but i need to know what i need first. I'd like to move out the battery to the back so that i can get more room and be able to run pretty much a straight pipe from the intake mani to the point where it would have to drop underneath the bumper. thank you in advance

You mean for a turbo application? Or just a custom intake?

I used this kit http://store.racing-solutions.org/inbukit1.html probably could have used another 180 or 2 90s but thats about it, let me know if you want some more pictures of how I ran the pipe...I used 2.5" aluminzed steel bends and I kept the wash bottle which I originally was told I'd have to get rid of but it fits fine

No thats welded with a mig and gas...first time really welding too...there isn't any splatter like a flux its just built up filler in some spots...grinding fixes it all look at my cold side pipe after some grinding smooth and after powder coat you'd never know it was welded

With aluminzed steel, all you need to do it wire wheel it off where your going to weld.

Here are the pipes I made put not put on yet, just painted them, theres only 2 of them there.

The best place to get pipes from with out a dought would be

http://store.racing-solutions.org/

These guys have never let me down.
