Built GSR Turbo or Built POOR MANS ITR Turbo ??????

hey guys ok i know alot of people have covered this conversation but i would just like it layed straigh out. Ok so right now i have a gsr block and looking to deside if i want to get a gsr head or b16 head.. My plans is to have a fully built motor...my goals are around 450 street....550 track.. But anyways what set up would u guy recommend more.. Built Gsr or Built Poor mans itr....

wouldn't that be a poor man's type r?
to the op, a b16 head is the same casting as a type r head, so unless you find a gsr head for cheap, get the b16. the head would pretty much be the only difference in a built gsr vs. a built "poor man's type r."
