a friend mine just bought a 99 teg with a right oem headlight and a left after market one. The oem can be adjusted vertically with no problem but the after market one just wont level off, its just pointing down. We turn, turn and turn the screw some more and it wont go past a certian level. Its like a fog light and the oem give a much better distance of light. Any ideas how this can be fixed?

 

Get the OEM headlight If it doesn't adjust then what can you possibly do about it other than replace it?

 

maybe its the bulb inside the aftermarket lights. i had to wiggle mines around for it to be perfect, maybe its the same situation, try wiggling it around maybe its loose?
