I was thinking about buying projector headlights but I was wondering if its possible to open up the OEM ones so I can take that piece off blocking the low beam lights for better seeing visibility& greater light output, thanks.

 

Yes it is possible. I believe its a small Philips screw that holds it in place. If not just brake it off.
