nothing special about the catch can to me....looks like they just mounted it there to look cool.
I do also like the timing belt tensioner thing, it looks like it bolts to where the AC bracket/torqe mount was.....what about if your still using that mount?

Maybe everyone’s not perfect like you
j/k
I have never had any problems either but I think people that have had their heads and blocks decked have a little more slack than normal people do so it tightens it up a little

no pictures of the chick that was at the booth???
lol,
she was one of the hottest chicks there though (imo
)
i have dealt with vibrant before, and they have good customer service and pretty good prices.
nice to see they are expanding thier product line alittle bit.
i especially like the fittings they used instead of vaccum lines,
i used to used the same fitting when i played paintball.
they are easy to deal with and seemed very durable.
the fact that i wont have to worry about blowing vaccum lines, will be well worth the cost to change over (the fitting are ~ $2 a piece)

About the catch can, you can adjust the length of the can by cutting to whateva length you need. The end caps are removable so you can take it apart and clean it. We also sell the catch can with a mounting bracket that allows for 360degree adjustability.
To answer your other question if your using the tensioner you will have to relocate or removal your power steering pump.

If you used that tensioner would you keep the stock one loose? Not the bolt loose of course but the tensioner loose.
- I like how they put a flex pipe on the dumptube which is open dump and has no need for flex.
- You could never mount the catch can like that if you have a VTEC solenoid.

I think they had the flex there for display purposes only. The engine (in my IMO) is an assortment of what you can do with their product. So in reality, the catch can is only mounted there for display purposes. If you bought it, you obviously would mount it differently......
Nice booth!

Nice booth!
I thought we were gonna see a cool engine stand
I love some of the displays shops make for shows.
The workmanship on everything looks pretty nice but I don't see the need for many of the parts. The tensioner is silly IMO. just another thing to break or wear out. It's all show parts...at a show, So i guess good job

if you strip the tensioner bolt (ive seen it happen when only tq'd to spec) would be nice to not have to throw out a freshly sleeved block.
all im sayin is that it is nice to have options

throw it out why? you can go to your local machine shop and rent a time sert kit for damn near nothing.. ive have been doing timing belts on honda's for 4-5 years now and ive never stripped a tensior bolt... just adding more moving part that could o bad and more wear on a belt. If honda wanted to put a tensior there they would have done it from the factory
