Honnestly, all-motor would be a very poor choice for your current setup. While your motor does respond well to economy turbo builds (ie good gas milage, and moderately good power). The way your motor works is not like a traditional VTEC motor. Your car runs normally on 3-valves-per-cylinder, but when your VTEC engages, it puts the 4th valve into operation, esentially turning it into a fully functioning Y7 or Y8 before VTEC.
Your best bet for all motor on a reasonable budget would be to build a poor-man's type r:

Anyhoo, enjoy your stay, and learn as much as you can. Also, read the stickies, and try to find information before asking others to find it for you.

if you REALLY want an all motor you will
1.) spend a lot of money on the build
2.) still be slower than anyone with a turbo on thier big wheel
all-motor seems to go against the grind of the honda motor
if you still really want all-motor after donig your research... you need a b series

hey if you wanna keep it some what cheap and don't want to hassle with a turbo or a swap i would suggest simple bolt ons like a intake manifold throttle body a nice header, may be take out the A/C. ignition system. you can also gain a little power by keeping your oil clean change your plugs and plug wires. you know the common things. if your interested you may go with a bigger cam and adjustable gear. but in the long run it depends what your budget is.
