Default B16a1, b16b, b16a what is the difference??

I’m currently working on a b16 motor but don’t know the difference can any one explain..

B16a1 is the first gen SIR, 158hp/112 lb/ft
B16b is Civic type R,185hp/118 lb/ft
b16a2 is the 2nd gen of the SIR 168hp/116lb/ft

which engines have the best flow air flow threw the head or are they all the same

Wrong. B16A1 is a European engine and only has 150HP. B16A2 is from a 96-97 DelSol DOHC VTEC and 99-00 Civic Si and has 160HP.

B16A is a JDM engine and can be a 1st Gen @ 160PS or 2nd Gen 170PS.
