Sure why not? If you cut off the STI muffler (leave a few inches of pipe) and then weld that onto your exhisting exhaust pipe (i-pipe) I don't see why it wouldn't fit. It's a bit of custom work to get it to hang (get a muffler shop to weld hanger brackets onto the STI muffler).

Sounds like a lot of work to get that on there though. If you're thinking the sound will be the same you're wrong.

so get any quality straight through exhaust, and it won't be crazy loud, i have had an apex n1 and a t1r on my car, and neither one was loud.... so yet again i don't see the point of doing all this custom work, when a nice cat back will sound better... and FYI even with a turbo it won't sound like an sti.... mine sounds like a baby one, but no where near the real thing

They sound like that because of the boxer engine. Flat motor meaning pistons are vertical to the ground.

Does this mean I have a boxer engine in my integra?

I'm pretty sure the pistons are vertical to the ground.

But it's not AWD though ..

i thought wrx's and sti's sounded like that because they had unequal length manifolds not because of the piston placement

Its The Boxer Motor That Creates The Sound. Because We Have WRXs That Come In All The Time With Equal Length Headers, Uppipe, Downpipe & Exhausts On Them And They Still Have That Low Rumble Sound. Plus From What I Understand All Of The '06+ WRXs Have Equal Length Headers From The Factory And They Still Have That Sound To Them

Off topic, but why do you use uppercase letters at the beginning of every word?

dont qoute me on this, but i think that there is a way to delete the boxer motor rumble that subies get, and im not too sure but i think when you put an aftermarket downpipe, or uppipe on it sounds like any other car w/ an after market sound.. agian not too sure, but thats what ive heard if i can remember right

Nope most still have the suby boxer rumble.

They have a Boxer TYPE motor, Horizontally opposed, flat 4. I had a Gc body Impreza before my Integra and I really miss it. It sounded mean as hell. One of my friends has a WRX Wagon and it still rumbles and he has an aftermarket down pipe and exhaust.

it doesn't sound like you guys are paying attention to him

he wants the STi exhaust b/c its a performance car with a turbo and the exhaust tone is not that loud on it, so when he puts it on his car its not running tones of a straight through(the apexi), but keeping the restrictions from a 1 5/8's exhaust

the fact that it is a boxer engine contributes to the sound im sure, but i have heard plenty of porsches and vw's with flat engines that didn't gargle at me.
