Default issue with window

my friend has a 98 dx coupe... his window come off the track the other day and i told him to wait and id fix it for him.... in the mean time he forced the window up (against what i told him) bc it was raining.... anyways i took the panel off and got the glass back within the guide, but now when the window gets to within 2-3 inches of fully closing it becomes very difficult to move, and then will not move for the last .5-1 inch and the glass sometimes begins to tilt itself and move forward.... anyone have any idea whats could be causing it??

make sure the front and rear sliders are in place. theirs a seal you can see from the outside thats often on the wrong side of the window. theirs an adjustment bolt at the bottom of the door towards the front, i had to fiddle with that for a while to get the window to move just right.put some silicone spray or something on it too.

it happened to me several times,
its hard to move because the window is not in the glass's run channel.
in the door there are two screws one in the front and one back, loose them put the window back in the right place (between the rubbers in both channel) then adjust the channels to be fit on the window then tight the bolts, if its hard again it means the window jumped the channel's rubber.

well make sure the rubber is sitting right. shouldnt be too technical there. lol.

might want to lube up the tracks with grease and the rubber stuff wtih armorall. i tried the grease in the rubber and that didnt last too long. i find that amorall works better and longer
