I have a 98 integra GSR that i swaped a 98 spec JDM ITR motor in. Does anyone know how i can make it pass inspection, i have heard of people doing it but with my swap it wont even read codes, like if you run for codes at autozone or what ever it come up with error on the computer.
i have heard of people making them pass and be legal for street legal...
does anyone know how to make it pass or a shop in california that can hook it up to pass inspection?
