i have the climate controls, and the harness (full), however the only thing thats different is the 99 has a 3 prong power connection, and the 96 has a 4.

I heard i need a resistor or relay or something. I really dont wanna get a 99+ heater/blower right now, just need my fan to kick in, (its always set to hot)

so can i use the 99+ harness on the 96 dash>? most just plug right up, but i dont wanna start blowing fuses

nevermind, solved it with club civic's help....the 96 to 99-00 climate control conversion is easy as ****...just plugs right up with a few mods.
