how much HP does stage one hold..?

i think it depends on the brand of clutch. I think the exeddy stage 1 clutch holds about 80 hp over the OEM clutch (which means it holds approx 180 hp)
I have an exeddy stage 3 clutch in my car and it is supposed to hold 350 hp and the pedal effort is more than stock, but it is not bad at all

it varies by each clutch manufacturer.
also, HP is a measure of torque over time. so saying a clutch dosent care about HP is wrong.
