Default LCA Bushing Question

I was reading some where that you can get bushings for the rear lower control arm that dont need to be pressed in once you take the old ones out that you can just put theses in urself no problem . If anyone has heard about theses or were can you buy them at .. thanks

I know that energy suspension makes them and i had them with the complete set. They work good, just lube up and slide it in there. A hammer is useful jsut incase.

I used ES bushings that can be pressed in pretty easily, they are a 2-piece design. You can use a long nut and bolt setup with washers to install them. Some have used a 2x4 to stand on to press them in. I personally used an Arbor Press purchased from Northern Tools for $23. They went in like butter, so I am sure these other methods would work also.
