Default Which Fuel Pressure Regulator and guage?

I don't really know much about FPRs but I will probably go with the AEM even though the B&M is cheaper. What about the guage? Is a fuel rail needed or is that for bigger injectors? Thanks.

What about a fuel rail? would it make it better performance wise or just add some bling and an easier install?

The b&m fuel modifyer will do just fine, and it will save a bunch to.The only thing would be modifying the stock regulator.Think the gauge and regulator was 90 bucks versus 160-170 for the regulator and then 30 for the gauge.
