Ok, i have a 00 civic hatch with B18c5. Im have'ing a few problems with it.
1's problem, When i start the motor on cold it die;s when i press any throdle and it has hard time starting. After it runs for like 5 min's then it runs good on low rpm's.
2'nd problem, Vtec don't work. Yes my check engien light is on but for some resone the obd2 computer cant read the problem's (codes).
3'rd problem, It die's at 8100 - 8200 rpm's (ecu turns motor off at 9500 rpm's) sounds like its not getting enofe fuel. ( i can take video of this and you people can look at it.
spec's, B18c5 with d16 wiring and P13 ecu with skunk 2. I think its something with fuel
Thanx for any help, i took a video of the cold start problem.

No, I redid it a few times and it was pefect. I changed the fuel filter today (every time i tell this problem to some one they say it sounds like there something with fuel)
Well im not really woried about the bad start, but at high rpm's there very little power. So im thinking its the fuel pump. Anyone know if the b16 fuel pump is good for this b18c5? Or should i put in a GSR fuel pump? Will it fit? (I have a b16 fuel pump right now on the car)

when warm, where does it idle at?
ur dist. looks like its positioned/adjusted all the way to the back...
how did u check the timing?

Check your battery make sure it still has power, and make sure your alternator is charging, check for spark, from what I know your stock fuel pump should be adequate but I would spend 85 bucks for a Walbro 255lph
