Did you use the correct settings specified in the manual?

I was messing around with the settings when I first installed mine, and having an incorrect sensor set caused the car to stutter a bit.

There's a specific start-up procedure that needs to be done.

V-AFC I

V-AFC II

FYI, 6th Gen I4s have variable VTEC, where the throttle position is the main factor. Altering it with a controller changes it to stable.

we figured it out. my motor was one of those during the transition period from rpm vtec engagment to throttle vtec engagment aka vtec then to i-vtec. The are no marking that my motor is an ivtec motor but i cannot hear the vtec engage what so ever i researched it online to and that is what i found thats its that variable vtec **** lol. owell guess it looks pretty thanks to all you guys who helped i really appriciate it.
