Default what ecu do i need?

I have a 1994 civic ex, i bought it used, it has a d15b5 in it (what is that?) can't figure out what ecm to use with it. It has a p08-6 head on it, it has great compression, 195 across the board, but it's not smogging at all. It has the ex ecu in it. I'm thinking it's the ecu's fault. I keep getting map and 02 codes, but there both fine, i checked them in mt 95 integra and they work great, the o2's not even lazy.

anyone know where to find a correct ecu and which it is? the engine is v-tec 1.5l but no idea where it came from. the dude i get the car from said it was a jdm swap. But i can find no info on that block number

Thank's
Le Roy

without a doubt, it's stamped plain as day on the block, and the other # was stamped into the head. my local smog guy couldn't even figure out what it was. I wonder if it's a euro version or somthing?? he said he got it off e-bay. so you never know.
