Insane.

Think building a car from scratch. If you can't weld, design, and build to the standards of a master race fabricator, plan on something else. It's HARD.

In an earlier post (that I cant find) it was said that the drivetrain on that ef wagon couldnt handle much more hp than stock and would blow/break. the guy did say it was fun while it lasted tho?

Yeah, your hearts in the right place....and anything can be done....hell I've seen a RWD drive EG. (it looked like **** IMO)

ANyway, if you're one of those people who do things that people say can't be done, go for it and make sure you sell whateve blueprints you make.

I had a turbo AWD wagon and it handled the power just fine. It was also auto trans. Stop spreading unfounded rumors. Yeah maybe it can't handle 400+ hp, but it handled 200 whp.

I have an EG, an EF, and I also have a parted out EF wagon AWD with the drivetrain lying next to my driveway. But there's a reason why you don't see me trying it. It's an abomination against god that's why. I'll sell the AWD drivetrain to first blasphemer that shows up with cash. God help your soul.

This question gets asked all the time. Try doing a search, but since your new I thought I would help you out and do one for you.

There are alot more threads out there too, but that should get you going. Basically it all boils down to: Yes it can be done, its going to cost you alot of money and take alot of time, and if you do it everyone wants a write up and some pictures.
