why not make one? I used 1.5" sch 40 straight 6" long and cut it so they came to the correct size once made and kept the angle a slight as possible. make two of them like that then tack it to the t4 flange then weld the two together flatten the top where it goes on the flang and weld it to the flange. I used a chop saw, but it would be alot easier with a band saw if you access to one. and good job on knowing the correct cylinder pairing. I don't know why alot of the companies use 1,2 and 3,4 pairing??? it just blows my mind.

The collector is the hardest thing to make (for me anyway)so i think spending the extra $$ for a professionally made one is a good idea.Took lots of reading to find the right way of pairing a divided manifold. I just hope i will benifit from it.

Where did you find your info on cylinder pairing for split turbines? I would love to learn more on the topic.

its simple you just want a cylinder that fires on a apposing interval. for example all 4 cylinders have a firing order of 1, 3, 4, 2 now you want apposing cylinders which are 1 & 4 and 3 & 2. now this is a little harder on 6, 8, 10, 12 cylinder engines. but same philosophy applys. the reasoning behind it is exhaust scavenging(aids with cylinder filling and exhauting) and having a pulse every 360' of crank rotation.(4 cyl more pulses on engines with more cylinders)

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by GA-AutoFab &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">its simple you just want a cylinder that fires on a apposing interval. for example all 4 cylinders have a firing order of 1, 3, 4, 2 now you want apposing cylinders which are 1 & 4 and 3 & 2. now this is a little harder on 6, 8, 10, 12 cylinder engines. but same philosophy applys. the reasoning behind it is exhaust scavenging(aids with cylinder filling and exhauting) and having a pulse every 360' of crank rotation.(4 cyl more pulses on engines with more cylinders)</TD></TR></TABLE>

So you want 1&4 on one side of the split turbine and 3&2 on the other side. 1 is dirrectly opposite to 3, and 4 dirrectly opposite to 2? So the firing order looks like a "z" kind of pattern, 1-3-4-2, 1 at the top left of the "z", 3 at the top right, 4 at the bottom left, and 2 at the bottom right. This is kind of what I figured but someone please correct me if I am wrong.
