OBD2b car to OBD2a motor
i know this topic has been discussed a lot i have searched and found no straight answer.
ok my good friend has a 00 civic which is an OBD2b. he is going to purchase an ls motor from a 98 integra which is OBD2a and he is asking me to help put the motor in for him and i agreed to help. i want to start him off on the right foot so tell me exactly what my situation is. can i plug all the connectors in with no problems, and will i have a problem with the distributor plugs not matching up?
he is getting the complete swap with the ecu. will we have to get the OBD2a engine harness as well?
Please help me help a friend.

well i researched some more and found out that it pretty much came down to the obd2b to obd2a conversion harness and the distributor plugs being different right?
instead of buying the conversion harness can i just get the harness from the integra?
