Default Can someone diagnose my shifting problems??

Drove the car all weekend with no problems.
I took the car to work this morning and Up shifting into 2nd 3rd 4th & 5th was alittle difficult. I had to push the gears in harder than normal. ( At first I thought it was my new shoes so I made sure I depressed the clutch all the way).
I drove home for lunch and it seems to get worse. With the clutch fully depressed, I really had to force the gear in. During this time, the RPMs would drop and I would have to blip the gas a few times to get it in gear. When I got it into third gear, the car shuddered/vibrated alittle. I thought maybe I spun the tires, but I didn't. On the highway, I tried to shift into 5th. This was almost impossible to do. I had to coast for a few seconds as I played with the clutch and gas to finally get it in gear. I also tried to double clutch a few times with no avail.

When I down shift, I have no problems. It seems like my issues only occur while up shifting.

Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

Thanks guys!
-Nick
