Default exhaust modifications

I´m wondering how good is the stock exhaust? I´m thinking of replacing it with a 2,5" pipe, a better cat and more open muffler and also getting the DC JDM header.
Is this a good idea or not?

Stainless, mandral bends and a resinator is nice if you don't want it super loud.

I'd say the resonator is a must if you dont want your car to sound like a hybrid hatch with an open header.

yep, I know, they are gona include it. The exhaust is gona be build probably on friday or monday but the header wont come until the first week in june at least. Along with the header and exhaust I´m gona have to buy new front brake pads and 2 new tires, these things all cost redicilous amount of money over here, it sucks spending money in Scandinavia

two new ZR tires = 400 $
front brake pads = 200 $
DC JDM = 600 $ at least (waiting for email from DC)
custom exhaust 300 $
I was gona go for Spoon N1 like my friend Simon but paying 800 $ just for the N1 was retarded

I´ll shoot some pics of the exhaust when it´s done

Having a resonator will make it quieter, but is there any loss in power?

that´s what I´m thinking now, the exhaust will go in first, am I risking any loss in hp???

What brand of cat do you insert? I have an Carsound cat, which is known as the high flowest cat. I have a Jetex Resonator where you can view through. It is a straight pipe with lots of holes in it. Between this hole-pipe and the outer pipe is the damping material. The diameter of the pipe with hole is 3 inch, so not much power is lost. On the other hand it helps not too much to quite the sound down.
