is your fuel pump turning on? Why are you using anything that is obdII? just use a d16z6 engine harness, its all plug n play besides for the knock which u can hardwire or chip after
yeh the fuel pump is turning on , well im buddy had a harness lying around and i had a jdm obd1 harness lying around so we made a haness that should work .
why would you make a harness that should work because then you would have to go back and double check it works with a voltmeter. Is that really worth the hassle and time over a $100?? Just get a obd1 usdm vtec harness, best bet a ex si 92-95. I have one if you want it but i was gonna end up listing it on ebay either way.
well i baught a harness and he posted it as a obd1 uncut gsr harness well its not what he said so now im down a creak without a paddal

since your getting spark and most likely getting air from the Throttle Body, i just have a feeling something is wrong with your fuel and how it is getting to the engine(which it probably isn't), to prove this right, buy some starting fluid and spray it into the throttle body and have someone else start the car and if it works then you know its a fuel problem.
