Default D16 trans help

For some odd reason i keep breaking shift forks, mainly the 3/4 gear one. Does anyone have a answer on how to fix this problem??? Either better shift forks out there that you know of, or something else..thanx

don't shift so damn hard....unless something's just fucked up internally...but i've never heard of anything causing forks to break other than shifting too hard.
