Hello I have a 96 civic with a jdm b16a2 swap. I'm currently in safe mode(3800) P30 ecu. Ecu is fine tried a new one. Wiring is all connected but I am using a modified wiring harness with a jumper wire. I just started to see the problem after I put an MSD distributor on it. I had this problem before replaced the distributor and it went away until that distributor died and now I have the msd on it. O2 is not the problem both are reading correct values. Could injectors cause this problem? Fuel psi is normal to high. this problem happens hot or cold. will never rev past 3800 I miss vtec please help me!!!!!

 

you must be throwing a code, how bout you share which code.

 

if ur car is obd2 take it somewhere to get the code checked.. otherwise check and see if ur fuel line is not pinched? or improperly installed..
