harness is all done i have a red wire which is think is for power where do i wire that tooo thanks for the help

The connector should have a number on it (if this wire does go to the fuse box). Please provide pic and give a little better description of the wire. Is it on the engine bay harness or switch harness.

i dont have pics but i had to cut the brown connectors from the light hrness and the switch harness and wire them together cause i have a ej6 with ek front and the switch is in and wire just no power and not sure were i wire that last power wire

 

Yeah, it has a weird shaped brown connector? It goes to the fusebox.

 

how does it go into the fuse exactly

 

anyone no of were i can find a write up on hoe to wire that power wire into my fuse box

 

On the fusebox, above the fuses, there are four slots. Next to the slots are labeled with a number. Match the corresponding number on the connector to one of the slots.

 

how about the red wire

 

The red wire should have a connector on it. Here's a pic of the fusebox. Notice the four accessory slots above the fuses.

Yup, buy a female connector. It will fit in the slot. I hope there was a white wire you connected to the fusebox as well.

 

nah no white wire just the red one switch plug and a brown realy lookin thing

 

Was there a plug for the headlight switch? It should since it's an OEM harness.

 

yes and i cut it to connect to the foglight harness i had no factory plug on my harness like my boys ex did

 

do i have to strip the wire before i put it in the female or does not need to be striped kind of a dumb question

 

In order to get any connector between the wire and the female connector, you need to strip like 1/2".

I don't, but I installed my JDM fogs on my EG.

 

aight im a give it a shot in the morning if i run into any more trouble i will reopen this thread

 

still having trouble i only have one wire left it is a red and white wire im nont sure if it goes to the battery or not

 

i need to figure out were the blue red white wire with brown connector plug goes to in the switch harness
