4th cylinder not firing
Change plugs, plug wires, dizzy rotor and cap.
It's a regualr maintanance thing that could be your problem.
Ever broken a T-belt? Could be bent or broken valves.

Sounds like a spark issue. When I helped a friend do a swap ( little different but same idea) we had some bad wires leading to the dizzy. Continuity test all wires to be sure they are all getting a good connection.

check spark (cap, rotor, wires, plugs)
check fuel injector on that cylinder (stethescope, listen for clicking of pintle)

never broken a timming belt, the plugs and wires are new, and the internalls on the dizzy look new however i did try a known working dizzy and that didn't help, i am also throwing codes 7, 10 and 16. i was told these are for throttle position sensor, air intake temperature sensor, and bad fuel injector. However i checked and all the injectors are working, I bought this car from some coke-head idiot and he had no idea what he was doing, he put the zc in it and did a dpfi to a mpfi harness job and did it terribly wrong. when i bought the car i took off the head and did a mini me swap and i also put in another converted dpfi harness that i knew was propperly converted no that everything is gettin back togather it still is not right, any ideas on what else it could be?
sounds like alot of mess i would check the injectors...as stated before. how can you verify the motor only has 10k on it?that coke head could be bullshiting you
the coke heads dad told me, hes the one who actually bought the zc in june for the kid to do it, he had papers that gauranted true jdm and under 20k or some bullshit like that, he said he was told buy the salesman it had 10K, but i don't trust anyone, especially in my area, but whatever, motor is good i just gotta find the glich
Seriously, check your fuel injector on #4 swap it for a know good one (like switch #1 with #4) and see if the other cylinder drops out. I have seen injectors making the sound, but not working before and the only way to check is either pull it off and apply low voltage while blowing 40-50psi ait through it or just swap one with another.
I once had an 89 Integra that someone had put coca-cola in the gas tank and the sugar would slowly clog one injector and then another every time you would start the car, after the car would warm up and cool back down a different injector would clog up!
If you have a "noid" (an electronic tool to check for voltage at the injector clip) use that first. If the wiring is Fubar all else is a waste of time

we did swap around injectors and it was always the same cylinder, i got a couple extra, i'll toss those in in the morning to give it a shot, come on guys show sum love for a guy who goes to school, has a job and is tryin to pimp an old school ef

Check the wiring! You need to be sure that you're getting the correct voltage across the injector. You should have ~3v on the wire coming from your resistor and then the ground signal from your ECU buy a noid for $5 at Yo Yo Auto (or your fav parts store) and plug that in to the injector clip.
Often times when doing MPFI swaps the wiring gets just a little tweaked and this causes easily overlooked problems
