any one know what ecu came with the zc in the 92-95 civics?

Default any one know what ecu came with the zc in the 92-95 civics?

i have a pr 5 but when i did a search it said that this ecu is from a 90-91 integra sohc. i want to change my system to obd1. what ecu should i get for the dohc zc.

according to another post in 2002 some 90-91 integra came sohc. i find it hard to beleive also. just looking for a little bit of knowlegde.

Try the P28 for that year. If anything you can also try going to thezcforums.com they deal with nothing but zc engines.

the JDM ECU for the OBD1 DOHC ZC is P29

Good show Jlicrx. I wantted to say th same thing. I was about to take pics of SOHC in my garage. I knew it was a P20's ecu.

Question: I have the 89 DOHC ZC does handata have ecu's for it?

Hondata only does OBD-1 and K-series stuff. Nothing for pre-OBD or non-K OBD-2. If you want Hondata on a pre-OBD DOHC ZC, you have to convert to OBD-1.

But why do that when you can just use TurboEdit?

Turboedit? Never heard of that. Is that chipping the ecu, program, or ecu itself?

It is a free "DIY" ROM editor program for pre-OBD ECUs, similar to Crome or Uberdata for OBD-1.
