help!!!!, new permacool rad. fan wont turn on and gauge reads temp is cold!!!
00 civic si turbo, i just put a 12" permacool radiator fan and it wont turn on and the car doesnt get up to operating temp (gauge reads cold). I doubled-checked and the fan is hooked-up right. is my thermastat bad????
