Could be a bad TPS.

does it have a CEL? if not, and if the car has a good tune up, it is most likely the ignitor.

I'll rule out TPS if he's acclerating slowly. TPS acts as an accelerator pump and gives the engine a burst of fuel when you lay into it quick, so essentially you could accelerate really slowly without a tps and you wouldn't shouldn't notice a difference. Plus a TPS would set a code if it were starting to get erroneous values, most likely. Ignitor is a possibility, that is one of the few achilies' heel of a honda. Although i'd say if it's at part throttle it could be an oxygen sensor that isn't reading properly.

Stand on it WOT and tell us how it runs.

bad fuel? i use 90 octane from shell. wat would cause the cars engine to just all of a sudden like ose rpms? It feels like a missfire.... like one of the cylidners everynow and then just stops working and then works again...

When was the last time you changed the fuel filter? low fuel flow could cause your problem

I didn't read anything after this.
But I would say a good thing to check is your fuel pump.
Sounds like your car is starving.

I was just going to say IAT next, because that WILL cause a problem. I had bad wiring to mine (i had to extend it), and it was causing misfiring like crazy above 5k rpm. So check the sensor and the wiring. If that wire has any sort of resistance it will cause serious problems (trust me i know )

check the IAT wiring too. One wire should be ground, so test it with with a multimeter and make sure the resistance of the wire through the chassis is very low. Then backprobe the IAT wire on the computer, connect a jumper wire between the frame and t-pin, and then check resistance between the wire at the connector and the frame again. And i believe you can check the iat by doing resistance vs. ambient temp, but i'm not exactly sure how to do it and i don't have time to look in the service manual right now.
