Default replace engine or have it rebuilt???

i have a b16a and im havin trouble, my compression is 120 120 90 and 120 and i dont think that is good considering its supposed to be at 185 or more.... so i suspect my piston rings are fried or somethin and i am wonderin what would be cheaper. have the engine replaced or rebuilt??? any help please?

I have a D15B8 that you can have for free. Great gas mileage, seeing as how it only runs on 2 cylinders.

u can buy a b16 block for like 100 bux. i had like 2 in my house and i solod them both for 200. just replace the block
