broken tach wire

broken tach wire
The wire for the tach is broken right where it goes into the plug from the distributor. Canthis wire be depined? It looks like it is sealed at this point and I don't see how I can fix it. Any ideas? can a new plug to distributor be purchased? Any help is appreciated!
